I have to figure out what golf league I’m going to play in by tomorrow. It’s become a bit convoluted. There is a league at a course a mile from my house, but due to the layout you feel as if you need to play wearing body armor as balls fly in from different holes. No thanks.

The one I’d normally pick is a county course that’s about 15 minutes from my house. However as a county resident I’d normally only pay $13/14 for the 9hole after 5pm round, but the league charges a full non-resident rate which is over $20. I think I’d feel like I was getting ripped off every time I played.

So I think it’s down to whether I want to play a smaller league 8-12 players at course I’ve played a few times or step up to the General/Intermediate league that has 20 players at a large county course. I gotta meet up with my golf buddy and see which league she wants to do.
