Today was a nice, sunny sorta warm day so I headed to the driving range.  I think this is the first time I’ve touched my clubs since September. My league starts in a month so I better get swinging!

I got a medium bucket of balls for $9. My local driving range recently changed hands. I think the prices are the same but I didn’t get an EWGA discount which was normally  a large bucket for $10.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well I hit my irons. Good distance and straight. My hybrids were decent but once again I couldn’t hit my driver straight. At the end I got it going mostly straight by loosening up my grip a lot and trying to swing very softly. Gotta work on that.

One of the guys that worked there stopped in my booth to chat with me.  He said I had a really nice swing.   Is that golf flirting?
